Elizabeth is knowledgeable of the market, and focuses full attention to her clients. She was the first real estate agent I had that did not veer from budget, or my specific details I was looking for in a home to live in and upgrade as I go. I respect her ability to search all avenues of inventory and respond immediately which is necessary in today's aggressive climate, and got me in first to the home I eventually bought. Her ability to negotiate fairly and firmly allowed the closing to be moved up considerably, giving me time back to get in earlier. Where previous agents didn't respect my budget, or would stray to show me homes way off of what I initially described, Elizabeth was committed to delivering what I was looking for.
