Justin in a good realtor who has a firm grip on the housing market of Polk County and the surrounding area. He was always quick to respond to me even though he was busy showing houses to other potential buyers. He was a great asset to have during showings as he knows what he is talking about inside and out of the home; much of what was discussed with our pre-purchase inspector had already been pointed out by Justin. Even after the sale Justin was helpful in allowing us to use his truck and trailer for moving our big furniture.

Very nice to work with. He will go the extra mile to make sure you get the best deal! Hes based out of Ankeny but has no problem traveling to meet and go through houses. Very honest about if he thinks a property is worth it, and points out what aspects of a property might need attention. Hes very clear on what youll be getting into with each property. He and his team do everything they can to make sure you get a good deal, they are your advocate in negotiations and are quite good at it. Highly recommend.
