Chad Widtfeldt & Justin Green are the best realtors Ive ever worked with. They are extremely hard working and went the extra mile to make sure we got everything we asked for. I highly recommend using them when you go to buy your next house. They are extremely knowledgeable having been in the business for many years, answered all of my questions no matter how big or small, and made what could have been a very stressful process easy on me. Bob helped me sell a condo in Dana Point that was part of an estate. I live in Canada and Bob managed every step of the sale for me, including getting quotes on required repairs, overseeing the repairs and managing a few difficult conversations with the HOA on my behalf. He made the whole process easy for me and I didnt have to fly to California once! Of all of the steps I have had to take to get the estate affairs in order, selling the condo has been the most seamless thanks to Bob, Lori and their team. Could not recommend more!
