I first like to make sure my buyer is educated on the process and what to expect along the way. My two main key points I focus on are; 1. Make sure they know the difference between what their Pre-Qualified amount is on paper, and what they can actually afford and feel comfortable with in their budget. I also stress the importance of strategically planning what is needed to obtain that mortgage and the do's and dont's during the next few months. MY CLIENTS BEST INTEREST IS ALWAYS TOP OF MIND.

I first offer to do a walk-thru with my sellers and determine a list of recommended repairs/maintenance that will assist in helping sell their home for top dollar. I provide my clients with my professional opinion of value, however I always make them aware that this is the basis. I will do my best to achieve selling their home for top dollar, however timeline plays a crucial role. If you want to sell your home quickly then we need to be priced in this area, if we have time and want to try and achieve a higher offer then we need to be priced in this area...etc.

I have worked with Buyers and Sellers of all ages and demographics. I have worked with clients who are first time buyers, to clients who are moving up to their dream home.

I recently listed and sold a town-home for a client. The buyers Realtor was not available to show the property so I stepped in and showed the home. The buyer was going through a divorce and needed to exit her current residence ASAP and we were able to get an offer submitted immediately. The home was vacant and so my seller was paying for a vacant home and the buyer needed to move right away. We were able to negotiable favorable terms for both parties and brought my client an additional $5,000 in countering the offer back and forth. In the end we actually closed on the home 2 weeks early and it was a huge win for both buyer and seller.

After gaining my experience of accounting in various industries my skills lead me to the industry I am passionate about, Real Estate. I soon became the Operations Manager of a "REO" Real Estate Company in Salt Lake City Utah. I contributed to the company’s success of selling over 1,300 homes in a 3 year period and also being awarded "Large Sales Team of the Year" from the Salt Lake Board of Realtors. During that time I gained great experience in the Real Estate industry and became very knowledgeable in the Northern Utah Real Estate market. After being with the company for 3.5 years I had an opportunity to start working with my own clients and helping buyers and sellers with their Real Estate needs.

Being a Licensed Realtor, we are required to have 18 hours of continuing education every two years. Between this and other various courses I attend, I am continually learning and being educated on new things so I can pass this experience and knowledge onto my clients.
