    Justin was the second agent who had the listing. He was the opposite of the first one: much more strategic about how to sell the house, far better marketing, and kept me up to date on activity and developments with the house. He also went above and beyond, helping with things at the house on my behalf to save we the 3 hour round trip. That is true value-added in my book! Also, Justin is fun to work with. Great attitude and sense of humor!

    Justin treated us like we were his only clients. He was quick to answer all our questions, negotiated as if he was trying to buy the home for himself; most real estate agents in this competitive market just want to close the sale, he wanted to make sure we did not overpay.
