Justin attended every showing and even rushed over to the house to meet a couple that randomly stopped by to look at the house because of the sign in the yard. Ultimately, that couple would win the bidding war and purchase the house! No telling what the selling price would have been had he not rushed over to meet them! Did I mention the marketing? Our house was on every social media platform and the photography was incredible. Justin continually mentioned the home in posts on all platforms to keep the postings at the top of the stack. I believe he also sent the link to the property to every realtor in the Orlando area that might have buyers. The house sold in 2 days! Justin was also able to coordinate simultaneous closings with the new property we purchased and the one we were selling - there were no hickups.
