Miss Burton, I do my research before I hire, 1) she's a local and dad flipped Houses and did Very well Her brother also in field. But two different people. But will use each others strength. She grew up in region southern Oregon. Knows area very well. Market too. Long term.. with her local knowledge comes connections. You can't buy. And she goes beyond her duty. I'm picky and she worked with me for good 8 months always met me at any property I choose. Or she found. Ended buying one she found. I can't stress enough if looking in this area (Southern Oregon) you can't find a better agent don't let her Young looks fool you. She's not the lion I think could be. But dam close or a Lion by now. Let her and local connections help find the property you'll love. Not many realtors I like. But she's one them. Real and hard working. And a sister! Keep in house I do too ??
