Justin Brickman was awesome throughout my entire experience! He was responsive from the moment we connected. He listened to what I was looking for and immediately set up a search that recommended properties to me daily. As I learned more about the city and asked him more questions, we refined the search until an amazing deal became available. Justin immediately sent it over and helped me do everything that needed to be done in order to get the property under contract quickly. Justin had connections that were able to help with everything from insurance to home inspections. I never would have been able to get such a great deal on my own. We got a huge discount on the property and it appraised for $30k more than what I paid. I can't thank Justin enough for being such a huge help and essentially walking me through my very first rental property deal.

Working with Justin was a great experience! As an out-of-town buyer, he handled everything for meaEUR"always responsive, sent multiple video tours, and gave solid advice on what to do (and avoid).
