If youre looking for a top notch realtor who will go above and beyond for you, Olivia is your girl! From the very start, Olivia was knowledgeable and honest about what we needed to do to sell our home. From an aesthetic standpoint, she knew what we needed to do to attract buyers. She also has a very solid marketing strategy and handled everything from staging to photography and flyers. She also knew how to price our home to drum up interest - and boy did we get a TON of interest. After a full weekend with a few open houses, we were in a bidding war with multiple offers during a time when bidding wars were starting to slow down. Not only that, but she managed to negotiate for the buyers to take on our full solar loan while still getting us over $35k above asking price. After the inspection, she was proactive about getting professionals out to take a look so that we could accurately renegotiate any concerns. Seriously, Olivia is the real deal! This isnt a hobby that she does on the side like you see with other realtors. She is fully invested in getting you the most bang for your buck! Once we were ready to put an offer in on a new home, Olivia was quick to connect with the selling agent to build a relationship so that we could get our offer accepted. From there she handled everything from hiring an inspector, getting the radon tested, and mainline viewed. We felt very confident in the professionals that she works with. 10 days later, we were proud home owners once again! Olivia has continued to check in with us to make sure that we are still satisfied, and believe me, we absolutely are! I'm forever grateful for her help and would recommend her to anyone that is serious about selling their home quickly and for top dollar or for buying their next home.
