Its been a great experience having June as my agent, shes helpful, patient and always keeps me up to date. My coop was a tough sell that took 4 months and she held weekly open houses, featured it and try her best without complaining or losing patience. Not only that, before my coops closing, the buyer requested last minute fix ups, because I was living far from my coop, she personally brought in a handyman to patch my coop up without me having to be there, and she took money out of her pocket to pay the handyman as well! I believe its in those tough situations that you can tell apart good agents from bad ones and shes definitely one of the best. Thanks to her, my experience is much less painful. Highly recommended!
