I have never had an experience like the one I had with Mr. Julio Suarez before. We reached out in search of a new home and also wanted to sell our existing home. I was very clear that the purchase of a new home was contingent on the sale of our existing home as we were going to use those funds for the new property. It was a challenge to work with this gentleman. He was hard to get ahold of and was barely at his office. I dont understand in todays market how a realtor can be so difficult to work with. I did my research and despite some negative reviews on his profile, I decided to give this team a shot and it just did not go well. There is no such thing as a person with perfect 5 star reviews as that would sound too good to be true and in this case, I can see why there were some negatives posted. We decided to try another realtor off the Zillow website so lets see how it goes.
