As a husband-and-wife real estate team Julio & Jeannette Arias make it a goal to turn every first-time client into a life long relationship. Giving a wide range of heartfelt touches and hosting events throughout the year, has given J&J a consistent book of business for the past 10 years. Working every position possible around top producing people, to now using that vast knowledge for the team. From high school to now Jeannette has wrapped her life around the real estate industry, making sure to educate herself regularly to stay on top of the newest forms and procedures. In addition, she enjoys using social media platforms as a voice to share about life challenges, good food and our real estate team. The future Jeannette hopes to continue providing fantastic service to her clients and education herself further in order to help educate others on being a better person for themselves and a better real estate agent for the industry. Julio comes to the industry with 10 years of hospitality experience. Utilizing skills like, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations has been put to full use during his now 12-year real estate career. Enjoying the process of meeting new people daily is at the top of the list for him. In addition, guiding a client from start to finish and then having a friendship beyond the transaction is what motivates him daily. Goals for Julio's future are to build a real estate portfolio of rentals in order to provide a life for him and Jeannette to work 2 months then take one month off (physically) to travel and work only virtually from a remote location in the world.
