Julie started her real estate journey working in title and from that she gained an intimate knowledge of the back-end workings of the real estate transaction. From this back-end knowledge, Julie was able to craft processes and systems that would grow to help each of her clients know exactly what was happening in their transactions. These processes also ensure every client is treated with the same white glove experience they deserve. Through her career in real estate, Julie has helped well over 800 families meet their real estate needs and take the next step in their lives from buying first homes to selling that first home and moving up. Julie prides herself in the care and detail she takes to fulfill and exceed her fiduciary responsibilities to her clients. Since starting her team in 2016 Julie has consistently ranked in the top 1% of all Central Ohio Realtors, consistently earning the Pinnacle of Performance Award from the Ohio Realtors. In 2021 Julie joined a select group of Central Ohio Realtors when she was awarded the President's Prestige Award, the highest achievement, by the Columbus Realtors. Julie has also been featured as a Top Agent in Real Producers Magazine and is continuously invited to appear on real estate panels both locally and nationwide to share her expertise and help a new generation of real estate professionals grow. As the Team Lead of Julie & Company, Julie oversees a team of select agents who strive to raise the bar and operate at a high level of excellence and professionalism. Julie currently enjoys the privilege of being appointed by her peers and the Columbus Board Of Realtors President to sit on the Residential Standard Forms Committee so she can advocate fiercely for the public on a larger platform as well. Julie also has the privilege to sit on the Residential Education Committee at the Columbus Board of Realtors as well as sitting on the Government Affairs Forum.
