About Julie Williamson

Born and raised in Alaska, I relocated to Silver City in 2013 with my husband and our dog. Before moving to New Mexico, I owned both a successful retail business and a contract bookkeeping company--experience that now serves me well in the real estate industry. We chose New Mexico for its breathtaking landscapes and, of course, the incredible New Mexican food! I truly believe there's beauty in every state--you just have to know where to look. I work alongside Carol Thompson, whose extensive real estate experience in the Silver City area is a tremendous asset. My husband and I have purchased 9 properties and sold 7 of those and working with Julie has been the best experience we have had with a realtor. Julie was infinitely patient with my search for a house in Silver City, first showing me the places I had identified online and giving me leeway to realize that I had been unrealistic about the low end of the market. She put me on the PMLS emails so I could see what was available, and when the perfect house showed up, I jumped on it, made an offer pending inspection, and when the inspection (by the knowledgeable Mr. Gonzales) was "excellent" she showed me the place and I was ecstatic. Julie Williamson is the realtor par excellence!
