This was our second time working with Julie, she was recommended when we first moved to NC. Julie helped us find our home, she was very knowledgeable about the area, what to look for when seeing new homes and competition in the market. After 4 plus years, we decided to leave NC and without hesitation hired Julie to help us sell our home. As our selling agent, she gave great advice, was reliable, responsive and patient. Selling is much more stressful and Julie was great helping us through from listing to sale.
