I'm not even sure there are the right words to truly describe the way we feel about Julie - extremely smart and knowledgeable, highly experienced, honest and unbiased, patient, strategic, and highly over communicative - she is one of the most impressive women in business I have personally encountered. I was referred to Julie by a friend at work and Julie patiently spent over an hour in our first discussion educating us on the house buying process. She put us at ease with the current state of the market and also clearly defined the roles we both would play as we discussed next steps. Throughout our entire engagement, Julie 100% acted in the best interest of our family and helped us better understand what we wanted and needed. When it came to finalizing our negotiations with the sellers, this is where she really knocked it out of the park. The price at which we felt most comfortable, and the high end of our budget, was a true long shot. She explained that she would do the best she could but braced us that the outcome may not be what we wish. We had no doubt she would get it done, and she did. With some minor final negotiations, we got the house at the price we wanted. We put our whole trust in her with such a big decision and can't thank Julie and her team enough!

Julie is the ultimate real estate pro!! In our case we had to move out of the area and into a new home in south orange county ca. Julie was in control and our leaving did not slow her down: She took care of everything that had to be done including hand watering the yard when our system went on the blink.
