I'm not even sure there are the right words to truly describe the way we feel about Julie - extremely smart and knowledgeable, highly experienced, honest and unbiased, patient, strategic, and highly over communicative - she is one of the most impressive women in business I have personally encountered. When it came to finalizing our negotiations with the sellers, this is where she really knocked it out of the park. The price at which we felt most comfortable, and the high end of our budget, was a true long shot. She explained that she would do the best she could but braced us that the outcome may not be what we wish. We had no doubt she would get it done, and she did. With some minor final negotiations, we got the house at the price we wanted. We put our whole trust in her with such a big decision and can't thank Julie and her team enough!
