John started out as a Builder and Remodeler and built the home where they raised their family as well as their current Lake home. He joined Julie in 2007 in their real estate adventure when they built the REMAX Lakeside Dreams Office on Richland Chambers Lake. Their Team has been the Number 1 listing and selling office on Richland Chambers Lake and in Navarro and Freestone Counties for several years running and have consistently been named as one of the Top Twenty REMAX Teams in the state for three years running. In 2021, they were awarded TOP 50 Teams in The Nation. Their Team has 4 buyer's specialists that are proficient in the market and can guide you through the process of selecting and purchasing your dream property. Anne Burgess is the Teel Team licensed Transaction Coordinator and has been on the team for over 13 years, Linda Denning, admin and sunshine girl has been with us spreading sunshine for over 5 years. Lacey Ogburn is the lead buyer's agent and has been with the team for over 5 years. In the last calendar year the team added three new buyer's specialists, Abbey Robertson, Parker Teel and Deborah Bonner.
