There are not enough exceptional things I can say about our experience working with Julie. When we began this process we were looking at rentals and could not imagine purchasing a house. Julie assured us that we could and from the beginning was a staunch champion for us. When we decided to start the house hunting process she immediately went to work. Within the hour we already had a personalized list of houses with remarks from her regarding our needs. Once we paired down the list of houses she set up showings, directed us to open houses and followed up multiple times a day every day. She was honest with us from the start about every house we looked at. She treated us like we were family and provided an attention to detail and level of care anyone would want during this stressful process. That was just the house browsing process. Once we selected our home she furiously went to work setting us up for success on putting down an offer. She was a bulldog she fiercely advocated for us throughout the home purchasing process. For a first time home buyer we were spoiled because she made the process seamless and quick. By the time we went to closing she had saved us a considerable amount in closing costs, set us up with additional funds for repairs needed and ensured the decision we made was the right one. She accomplished all of this remotely and even flew in for our closing to make sure everything was set. At the end of the day if you are buying a house in Maryland the only realtor I would recommend is Julie Shepard because she truly does care fiercely about her clients!

Julie did an amazing, exceptional job in helping us to sell our townhouse. Julie was involved in the entire home selling process. Julie provided excellent advice, particularly, during remodeling and repair of the property, scheduled and conducted multiple open house showings of the home which gained a much wider buyer audience, and to her impressive and superb negotiation skills of the price of the home with the buyer's agent. Julie communicated with us frequently, every few days, throughout the whole home selling process, and even when we had to go out of the country for 10 days during the repair part, Julie very capably handled the situation with our contractor and kept the project on schedule.
