Julie was so amazing! I would recommend her to anyone! She was so caring, knowledgeable, and her negotiation skills were impeccable! She made me feel safe in my journey looking for my home! Julie was always one text or Phone call away. Once I told her what I was looking for, she made sure to keep me updated with those types of homes. She worked really hard to find the perfect house for my family and I! Julie was amazing to work with. She was very patient, informative, and very experienced. Very honest about properties and helpful throughout. Even when there was a slight slow down because of prices on the homes, she kept at it, searching and informing us of different properties, until we were able to find the right property. The experience with Julie was also like having a great coach with you to help you through the process. Because she was so knowledgeable of real estate, she was also teaching us about the process and what was next every step of the way. She was very instrumental in helping with encouragement while going through the offer process. I was learning while I was going through it all and she was a big help. I would definitely recommend Julie, especially if you're a first time home buyer like myself.

Julie has helped us and been our eyes and ears on the market. She has been a great help. When it came time to close on a property she was very helpful in making sure that the lender the seller and all pieces were running smoothly. We had one of the longest closings that she ever had due to a lot of setbacks but she handled those very well and got us all the information that we needed in a timely and organized fashion.
