Julie Rosten

Julie has enjoyed living in Northampton for 28+ years. A graduate of New York University, she started working in real estate in 2013. Julie is attentive to each client's unique needs and enjoys helping them discover just what they are looking for in a new home. She is equally talented at guiding sellers through the process from staging to closing, working with them to achieve their best possible result while minimizing stress. A member of the Realtor Association of the Pioneer Valley, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Julie has two daughters, both raised in Northampton; one is a recent graduate of Bentley University, and the other is attending Goucher College. An active volunteer in the community, Julie has also worked with her daughters, raising funds to support Hospice, as well as the fight against multiple sclerosis in memory of a beloved family member who struggled with the disease. Julie believes that the Pioneer Valley is an ideal place to live and a wonderful place to raise a family. She is committed to honesty, integrity, equality, family, and community, and looks forward to fulfilling each client's unique goals.
