I provide excellent guidance throughout the process from finding the right builder, writing contracts, helping with the interior design at decorating centers (as I am a Professional Property Stager) and joining clients for construction meetings and at the end of the process, the final walk through. I have vast experience in all areas of real estate sales, representing both Sellers and Buyers with expertise, knowledge and negotiation skills from the start to the finish of the real estate transaction. I served an appointed five year term (2007 - 2012) on the Jefferson Township Board of Zoning Appeals. My clients call me "1-800 Julie" because long after the real estate transaction ends, I continually help my clients with my connections in the home decorating, maintenance and repair industries! Before entering the real estate industry, I was a school teacher. I have always enjoyed working with people.
