Julie is excellent to work with as a buyers agent Metro Detroit is much different real estate market vs where we are coming from but Julie gave us detailed information about what to expect and how to negotiate We were on a very tight timeline and she helped us find an excellent home that met our quick occupancy requirement Behind the scenes after the offer was accepted she worked directly with our lender to work towards an expedited 3 week close which was trouble free would absolutely use Julie again
