When you first meet a client, they need to know they can trust you. Whether you're helping them to sell or buy, it's a huge decision and a lot of work goes into it. Recently, I closed on a property with a client that I was working with for over a year. She was fantastic from day one. We went over the buying process, contracts ECT, I made sure I understood what it was she was looking for in a home, and I helped her to find a lender that could help her unique needs. She was always open to suggestions and advice, she asked great questions, and appreciated that I really listened to her. We had great a great rapport with the lender and my client really liked how easy he was to get a hold of and help with anything she needed. It did get a little bumpy at the end, but had we not built that trusting relationship in the beginning it would have been a lot harder. We were able to work together with everybody involved, find the best possible solution for her, and make sure we closed on her new home!
