Julie believes that education is paramount to exceeding her client's expectations; to that end, she is constantly attending relevant real estate education courses to better serve her clients. Julie will work tirelessly to research issues that are important to her clients and will result in a successful sale. Julie feels that being a REALTOR is about more than joining professional associations- she believes REALTORS should be involved in the communities where they work as well. Julie has served her community in many capacities from the protection of our natural resources (Kennebunkport Conservation Trust volunteer) to fundraising for children with cancer (Sunshine Kids Fund Raiser) and supporting the York County Homeless Shelter through her local Real Estate Association. Julie is a member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Maine Association of Realtors (MAR). In addition she is a panel member on the Professional Standards and Grievance panel. She was appointed to the National Association of Realtors Resort and Second Home Committee in 2018. Julie was the Vice President of the York County Council of Realtors in 2017, the President Elect in 2018 and served as the current President of the York County Council of Realtors in 2019. In 2020, Julie was named as the State representative to the NAR Professional Standards Committee. She has earned the Certified Luxury Marketing Specialist Designation as well has the Resort and Second-Home Specialist Certificate. Julie was name Realtor of the Year for the York County Council of the Maine Association of Realtors in 2020.
