ZillowVERIFIEDWe hired Julie over 2 years to sell my moms house. Unfortunately, mom has dementia and made the process difficult, to say the least. I cant even remember how many offers Julie brought to us. Mom eventually went to assisted living. She agreed to sell the house. Julie continued to bring us offers, and had to deal with a possible probate, a lien on the house, a house that needed a lot of work. Julie worked tirelessly to deal with house issues - arranging cleaners, mold removal, termites, etc. Fortunately, the stars aligned, and we found a buyer who loved the home. Cant say enough good things about this realtor who dealt with many personal issues. Julie will do everything she can to sell your house.
