My name is Julie Eberhardt and I have been in real estate for over 10 years. My life before real estate, I was in a compliance position that I loved but it was not my true passion. I left that job to pursue my true passion of helping people make their real estate dreams come true! I have lived in the Omaha area over 40 years. I have an amazing family that include 2 kids and an adorable rescue dog named Nuggets and a grandson. I like to think of myself as a dream catcher! I help clients (new friends) catch their dreams of buying and selling a wonderful home. My business is mostly based on referrals from satisfied clients. I pride myself on providing excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. I have sold homes in all price ranges from starter homes and high-dollar properties to condos, investment properties, new construction, and even a farm! Clients appreciate my flexibility, low pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what their wants are, negotiation and analytic skills, and my ability to price and market their home to sell!
