I encourage clients to make a clear list of their must-haves and nice-to-haves so we can focus on homes that truly fit their lifestyle. Throughout the process, I stay in close communication, guiding buyers step-by-step—from touring homes to writing a competitive offer. My goal is to make the journey exciting and stress-free while helping you find a home you’ll love for years to come.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
When selling your home, first impressions are everything. I recommend starting with a walk-through together so I can provide tips on staging, small repairs, and curb appeal upgrades that will maximize your home’s value. Pricing your home correctly is crucial, and I use my Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) training to analyze market data and set a price that attracts buyers while protecting your equity. My comprehensive marketing plan includes professional photography, targeted online advertising, and personalized strategies to reach motivated buyers. With clear communication and expert negotiation, I work to ensure you achieve the best possible outcome.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota, including first-time homebuyers, growing families, downsizing seniors, and investors. Many of my clients are experiencing major life transitions, such as relocating for work, settling an estate, or moving into assisted living, and I provide extra care and resources to make the process easier.
