Julie was personable, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. She took interest both in what we wanted in our home, as well as in our lives. It made the whole experience enjoyable, and not just the parts involving finding a well suited home. All of those qualities made the whole experience feel much more than just a business transaction, and in fact felt like an experienced friend walking us through the whole process. Things that stood out for me personally: - Julie worked within our very difficult to accommodate schedules, and despite us being night workers, no showing, paperwork, phone call or other events were ever missed. - Julie spent time discovering what we were looking for in a home, and set aside a list of all the previous houses that have sold in that price range and features, allowing us to understand what the market was like for us, and manage any expectations we might have had. - when it came time to select our various other associates, Julie made further recommendations based on what we wanted in people, and not exclusively in expertise (we wanted people we enjoyed working with, and not just experts in their field). - We originally selected Julie because we were somewhat nerdy people, and wanted someone that related. Julie spent time learning our interests, and sharing her own. She ended up being someone we'd be happy to be friends with, and will absolutely seek out to work with should we ever buy or sell again. Ultimately, Julie and her team were exactly what we were looking for, and we couldnt be happier with our choice. We hope you have even half the experience we did.
