I absolutely love what I do and in turn this inspires me to know everything I can about the property I list and sell, the majority of that being water front, water view and/or water access. This is a highly specialized area with various jurisdictional regulations that a home owner and home buyer should understand thoroughly. I am happy to educate so that all my clients are well informed and can make good decisions. I suppose that comes from my previous life as an educator.
