We worked with Julie for over two years looking for our forever Vermont home. She was patient, kind, and understanding, knowing that we were very particular in what we wanted and the budget we had. We reached out to Julie in 2021, she had worked with my parents in 2012 to find their home in VT and they had nothing but wonderful things to say about their time with Julie. The market had flipped after the pandemic and it was very hard to find a suitable home within our budget with the specific things we wanted (land, garage, secluded). Julie was in constant contact with us, whether it was sending us homes, reviewing ones we sent over, reaching out to listing agents to get answers to all our crazy questions, before we even took the drive up to see a house. It was a long process with a lot of heartache, but Julie continued to stay positive and determined to find us the house we were dreaming of. In late summer of 2023 our dream finally came true! We had found the perfect house, with everything and more on our list. We could also tell Julie was as excited as we were when she showed us the house. By that evening we put an offer in and patiently waited, she kept us in the loop, and five days later we got the most wonderful news, our offer was accepted!! Julie was great throughout the inspections, negotiating any additional asks, and helping us understand next steps. If we ever need to sell or buy a house again we will most definitely use Julie and have recommended her to others who have expressed interest in moving to VT!

Julie Citron was a totally helpful real estate agent as I looked for a vacation home/condo in the Manchester area. She was great at listening to what I was looking for, then adjusting what she showed me as we saw places and I expressed what I liked and didn't like. She was totally patient and never pushy. And I enjoyed the time I spent with her as we looked at properties. I did end up buying a place and the whole process went pretty smoothly and Julie kept me updated the whole time. I would definitely recommend Julie to anyone looking for a place in Manchester, Dorset, and the environs in that area of Vermont.

Julie sheparded us through the purchase of our first home in Vermont. Coming from another state with different real estate practices, Julie was patient and comprehensive in helping us navigate all of the rules and practices here. She was always timely with her responses, even with a three-hour time difference between us, through the purchase process.
