About JULIANNE "Jewels" Farmer

Real Estate has always interested me. If I wasn't looking at new homes and open houses I was looking at decorating ideas. It was a natural progression and career move for me to sell real estate after my 26 year military career. In 2006 I got my real estate license and started selling homes while still maintaining my full time job in the Military. Even though I had two careers I was consistently one of the top five agents in my office. My military values of integrity first, service before self and excellence in all we do has paid off in my personal business. I know what it takes to be committed to a job and I plan to continue that commitment to help you sell or buy your home. Now that I am retired from the military and selling homes full time I am ready to take on more clients. I have been a resident of the Inland Empire since 1974 and currently reside in Norco. When my family made the move from Orange County inland we were trying to find an area with the atmosphere and space for me to pursue my horse showing passion. I have lived in Riverside, Canyon Crest, Corona, Mira Loma and Norco and I do business in all those cities as well as Eastvale, Chino, Chino Hills, Menifee, Murrieta and Temecula. As a Realtor, I am here to help you sell your home to someone who understands our community and/or find your special home to realize your dreams.

Jewels was very professional throughout the whole process. I found her name by searching realtors in the Jurupa Valley and I definitely made the right choice. She kept me informed, held an open house and the house sold quickly. She has extensive information on the areas she represents. I would definitely recommend her for both sellers and buyers. I live over three hours away and Jewels went over and above what was expected. There was a leaky washer faucet in the garage (home had tenants prior to the sale) and she placed a bucket under the faucet and emptied it every day.
