Hi, I'm Julianne Hernandez. Born and raised in Big Spring, Tx, I am no stranger to the Permian Basin or our market. I achieved my real estate license in 2018, fresh out of high school, and have been selling ever since. In addition to selling over 100+ homes in the Permian Basin, I have skills in marketing, advertising, and time management. This past fall, my fiance and I purchased our first home together in Midland. I am looking to expand my business into the Midland market as it is now my home. I have an established clientele in Big Spring, and 75% of my business is referral-based. I work with off-market sellers, investors, "flippers," landlords, first-time homebuyers, farm, and ranch land, and I offer relocation expertise. I have listed/sold many properties in Midland, Odessa, and Stanton in addition to my career in Big Spring. What I love most about real estate is the people.
