We have been working with Juliann since 2019 when we planned a move from NJ to Myrtle Beach, SC. And although the home we were hoping for fell through (due to issues with the seller), Juliann continued to stay in contact with us and helped keep us motivated that wed find another when the time was right. Juliann was able to put us in contact with some amazing people to make the next home we found a sure thing. And sure enough, 4 years later we found an amazing home for our family of 6 (8 including the fur babies). Juliann was always so supportive, helpful and committed to making sure we were comfortable with every part of the purchase process.
