Buyers want to see that your home is well cared for. You may not need to spend thousands on a remodel, but simply make little adjustments to bring your home to life. The big question I ask my sellers is, "If you were looking to buy a home, would you spend your money on your home?"

I work with all types of buyers/sellers. From first-time home buyers to veteran investors. A large number of my buyers are out of state and looking to either retire here or purchase a second home so they rely heavily on my expertise in order to guide them in the right direction.

I enjoy each transaction because there are no 2 the same. I enjoy the "easy" ones just as much as the more "challenging" ones. I like providing wow +1 service and that includes allocating all of my resources to ensure each transaction is seamless and there is always an answer to the issues.

I have always enjoyed real estate. From the young age of 17, I started working at a land acquisition company, buying and selling land. A few years later I took my skills to the next level and received my real estate license. I have always had a love for working with people, negotiations, education, networking, and homes so it only seemed fitting.

I am always learning. I take my continued education very seriously and I never miss a training. This is an ever-evolving career requiring you to be the same.
