Julian was pleasant to work with, he makes you feel he works for your benefit and best interest, I worked with other realtors who only cared you close on a house so they get their commission, not Julian I felt he truly cared to find me the right property, he was patient to all the questions I asked, and I was very happy with the property he found for me, it was a property not listed on the market yet in Newark NJ, ew construction, I got a really good deal on it, comps sold for around $50k more around the time I bought, I?m very happy with the deal. I will definitely work with Julian in the future, I recommend him to anyone looking for houses.

I can?t honestly recommend anyone better than Julian. He was kind and patient. He helped me in every step along the way. Julian was an exceptional realtor that went above and beyond in the purchasing of our home. He is patient, filled with extensive knowledge, provided much needed assistance and surrounded us with a team (inspector, lawyer, title company, and cleaning person) in the closing of our home.
