He resides in Chapel Hill in his new contemporary home that he just had custom built with his wife Sonia , Nurse Anesthetist who works at Rex Hospital in Raleigh, 15 year old son Reese ( Great soccer player!), 18 year old daughter Vanessa ( Huge animal lover!) and my baby girl Emmy London Jahoo who just turned 5( Huge Daddy's girl!)..
Best listing acheivement was to compete against several Real Estate companies to list the Governor of NC's personal home in Chapel Hill and got the listing! I have sold 4 homes over $2m+ in The Triangle in 2016 and just sold the most expensive resale in Durham's history of the MLS that went for $3.875m! I have 3 homes in the Triangle being built in 2017 over $2m+

Julian is an amazing agent and an amazing person whose job didn't end simply because we closed on the house. We live in California so our search started online and through that we were fortunate enough to find Julian. Since we are so far away Julian had to do a lot of hand holding as we navigated a very different real estate market in North Carolina. Despite the three hour time difference Julian was always available to answer questions. We found a house and with Julian's vision on how we can improve it we bought a house for a great price and are now making it into our perfect home. While Julian's job is technically done, we are still across the country so his help hasn't stopped. First, Julian helped us find an amazing contractor to make our vision of a new kitchen a reality. We've been speaking with Julian almost daily since the house closed and his continued help with this process has been amazing. He is going to the house to meet with contractors and people who are working on the house. Our insurance company wanted pictures of the house and without hesitation Julian offered to take the pictures for us since we're in California. While Julian started as our agent he is now a friend who has shown he will be with us through thick and thin. I can't imagine where we'd be without Julian by our side throughout this.

Julian was outstanding from start to finish. I wasn't to meet him until Thursday. A house came on the market on Saturday that I was interested in. On Monday, he met me within 2 hours of landing. By Wednesday, I had a contract. I left town that Friday. Julian handled everything for me through inspections, walkthroughs, closing and even found a contractor to complete some work before I moved to the area. I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism, responsiveness and thoroughness. He made sure he took care of me through the whole process. I couldn't recommend anyone more than I do him.
