Julian and Leslie have a great sense of real estate as a whole. They know our market as it changes. They know lenders who can help turn a dying deal into a new home when others said to move on. Berg Realty team is the best! They helped sell my house in a timely manner and made the process so easy for me. Definitely looked out for me during closing etc. They are definitely a power couple and i love how they each care and show compassion to their clients . Definitely recommend both Julian & Leslie with berg realty. They go above & beyond for their clients. We sold our 1st house & purchased our 2nd home as well with them.. the process was smooth. They communicated with us & helped us along the way. They also have helped my parents in their process to sell & I am so grateful to them for helping my parents in their process. Berg Realty is what I would describe as one word - Patience. A lot of teams do not have patience and eye roll every time they show a client something outside their listed desires. You never know what gems lye out there and Beth Realty is there to walk the trails with you whether Residential, investment estates, etc ??
