I was referred to Julia by a work colleague who had great success working with Julia to sell his house in West Hartford in the summer of 2025. I decided late in the summer of 2025 to also list my house in West Hartford and Julia had no concerns about her ability to market and sell the house at the end of the typical selling season. Julia was excellent from start to finish, very professional. She did a competitive market analysis and recommended a good asking price to begin with. She selected a very good photographer who did a great job of producing pictures for the websites that generated a lot of interest, ultimately producing ten offers all above the asking price. Finally, an issue arose with the house inspection that she helped resolve to both the buyer's and my satisfaction. I highly recommend her.

Julia is the best and you can never go wrong with her services. Julia met me as a novice in the housing market and taught me the details to look out for when buying a home. Julia asked me to describe my home of choice and the features I will like to see in it, and I did. Julia kept sending me photos of different homes in line with the descriptions I sent to her until I finally made a choice and my offer was accepted by the seller. Julia keeps to appointment; she is willing to explain and answer any questions you have and will always get back to you with questions she doesn't have immediate answers to. Julia will be very patient with you to make your own choice and will never pressure you to buy any home. After she helped me with the purchase of my home, she gave me a list service of agencies in case I need one. Julia will make your life easier.
