Julia's phenomenal - organized, attentive, kind but no-pushover. She knows the industry and she knows this city. In what was very much a seller's market, she showed great care and professional stamina to keep working on my behalf despite my specific new-home demands, and unrelenting competition from other buyers. She didn't give up; and it led to me finding and buying exactly what I hoped for in my first home. And she doesn't cut and run after the sell - really appreciate that with as busy as she is, she still touches base to make sure I'm well and things are still going well with the house.
