Julia is the absolute best! She helped us buy a house and then sell the same house and now buy our second house. Working with her is truly a pleasure. This time around we had an issue with the first house we won the offer on and she fought for us every step of the way to try to make sure we were taken care of. We had to end up backing out due to the issues but Julia helped us feel secure and like we would not be taken advantage of. We found an even better house the next week which had many competing offers. Somehow Julia worked her magic and got our offer to win. I recommend her to family and friends that need a realtor. My husband and I have worked with many realtors in the past but Julia has proven to be the cream of the crop! Julia takes the stressful process of selling a home and makes it easy and worry free with her professional expertise and warm and compassionate personality. She was punctual and true to her word. She always made sure to answer our questions along the way and always followed through if something needed to be done or arranged. She went the extra mile and really paid close attention to detail. She was extremely responsive to our requests when showing our home. She truly listened to us and put her heart and energy into selling our house by respecting our wishes, while also understanding how sentimental and difficult it was for us, as we were selling our family home of 18 years.
