The sale of our rental house had multiple complications, and she handled them all VERY well! Even taking the time to educate herself on multiple issues that don't come up often!! Communication was excellent - she didn't micro-manage every detail, but absolutely let you know when something important was happening or about to happen. She handled ALL the 'extra' things like irrigation water rights transfers, etc. This saying may get over-used, but I truly can't recommend her highly enough. She's absolutely wonderful!
