Meeting Judy right from the beginning you knew you were going to like her. Great personality and we had lots of laughs. She is surely a go getter and for Kathy who did nothing, to help. Judy did it all, making phone calls to have a sale on all items in the house, making calls to have someone to clean the inside of the house, making calls to have all the shrubs cut and shaped, the lawn mowed. These are all things that Kathy should of done being the homeowner. All she ever said to me when I would tell her you should be making the calls not Judy. She would say thats why I'm paying her!! Then the septic system was no good, Kathy got mad about that, again Judy made 3 calls to have 3 people come out to get the better price for Kathy. All Kathy did was complain about when she would get her money. Whenever Kathy had to go to house for something, I always drove her and we would meet with Judy. Always laughing and joking but, getting the job done. Judy had that house sold in less than a week with multiple bids on the house. She is a hard worker, a go getter, a great personality, and works very hard. When I go to sell my house, Judy will be the one I will go to. The best of the best is Judy. I made a new friend!!!
