FAQ
1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Get pre-approved for a loan before starting the process. That way there are no surprise delays in escrow due to credit issues and no disappointment to find the buyer can't afford the homes they have been viewing.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Do the repairs, large and small, before listing. If buyers see deferred maintenance, they may assume there are other issues with the property and start looking for them.
Also, declutter of course so the buyer can see the house and themselves in it.
And if able, stage with or without the seller's furnishings.
List the house within the trading range of price, DO NOT OVERPRICE.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
First time buyers,
Luxury buyers,
Seniors who are downsizing or moving into retirement communities,
Relocation buyers and sellers (and their relocation company),
Trustees
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My seller lived out of state and when he was ready to sell, I put together a team to repair, paint, landscape and stage his home.
We sold the property within a week and had two very strong offers over the reasonably set asking price. He was happy and appreciated the stellar team I assembled and wrote them all to say thank-you.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I come from a family of real estate developers. It was a natural transition for me. I am currently licensed in California where I have practiced in the Bay Area and as well as Arizona.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am continually learning the latest trends by attending mastermind conferences and networking with top agents from around the world. I am a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, Council of Residential Specialists and Womens Council of Realtors which provide ongoing training opportunities. I also belong to California Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors, Scottsdale and Marin County Associations of Realtors.

Working with Judy has been a pleasure from day 1. From the minute she listed my property to the closing, she has been extremely professional and showed integrity like no other. With the buyers lender not showing any of those aspects, Judy made sure the deal was easily marched to the finish line. If you want major character and value from a realtor, look no further than Judy LeMarr.

Judy was a pleasure to work with and for busy people her no-nonsense approach was appreciated. Her many years of experience were evident immediately. She worked hard to understand exactly what we were looking for and showed us a variety of areas and properties explaining the pros and cons of each; she never pushed a particular property and was at least as critical of some of the homes as we were. We never felt pressured at any step in the process, and once we did find a home, she helped manage every aspect of offers, inspections and closing. Would be happy to work with her again.

Judy was a joy to work with! The breath of her local knowledge of Phoenix, AZ and its surroundings along with a thorough real estate expertise was invaluable to me. She took time to introduce me to the market and then showed me lots of houses, so I had great choices to work with. Judy also understood and worked with my time frame, responding quickly to all queries. My experience was great from start to finish, thanks to Judy. I highly recommend her!!
