Because of Kristine, I bought my dream home. She has taught me so much about real estate and passes her knowledge onto clients. I am so lucky that I had Kristine as an agent. Not only was she knowledgeable about the field but was fun to talk to as well. After a few visits to houses at the beginning, Kristine really understood what I was looking for and whenever a house I was interested in was available, Kristine would always get a showing scheduled right away. One time, a house came on the market that I saw right away and Kristine was at a gathering and left the gathering because she knew how interested I was in the house. Kristine always puts the clients first. Even though I had purchased my own home now, now Kristine is considered a friend! Also, her mother is involved in real-estate as well and she is equally nice and knowledgeable!

Kristine is outstanding!!!! I could not have asked for a better person to handle the process of selling old home and buying new. Her knowledge helped me understand the complete process from beginning to end on both sides. I was a bit of a nervous wreck through it all and she was so kind and patient with me. In particular, she listened to me, and what I wanted and needed to fit into my budget. She took the time to learn about my likes and dislikes and she found me the perfect place and helped me get what I wanted, and didn't waste a second. Things were really selling fast at the time. The buyers wanted a fast closing and she was on top of it all and I got me through it and the home of my dreams. She is a blessing to me especially. I highly recommend her to anyone, but especially to the senior who may need a little more TLC and patience, which she provided with a very compassionate heart and professional manner.
