If and when you need to sell your house make sure you think about hiring Heather Gleim from Walnut Hill Realty. She was wonderful to work with, she went above and beyond with her part of the sale. We were offered quite a bit over asking price of $229K, and believe it or not the house appraised for that amount! Thank you again Heather for making everything go as smooth as possible. If you would like a relator that gives you 110% whether you are the buyer or the seller, give Heather a call. She is always in contact if she had heard from the seller's agent. Ready to answer any questions you may have. She is very knowledgeable and informed us of everything thing that we would need for Documation which made the transaction go smoothly. Heather met with me twice at the location that is 2.5 hours away.She did extra research on the location for me. Very pleasant to work with. Thanks again Heather for all your hard work.
