    About Judit Crace

I was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary, and in 1999 I packed up my master's degree--and my sense of adventure--and made the move to the Treasure Valley. What was supposed to be a new chapter quickly turned into home. Over 20 years later, I can't imagine living anywhere else. Real estate isn't just my career, it's something I truly love. Helping people buy and sell homes is a big deal. I walk with them through this important milestone, and I truly care about that responsibility. As a Designated Broker with certifications like GRI, RENE, SFR, SRES, and REDS, I have the skills to guide you. But what matters most is to make sure you feel comfortable, supported, and informed throughout the process. At the end of the day, real estate is about more than contracts and closings--it's about people, stories, and new beginnings. And I'd be honored to be part of yours.

    Answered Questions

Moving because of neighbors, do I tell my agent?

Hi Chris, I really feel for you aEUR" neighbors can make such a difference in how much you enjoy living in your home, and it sounds like that's been a big challenge for you. The good news is, as a real estate broker here in Idaho, I can tell you that in most cases you don't have to disclose why you're moving unless your state specifically requires sellers to report neighborhood disputes or nuisances. If it's not required, your agent can focus on marketing your home's best features so buyers see its true value. However every state is different. It's always smart to double-check disclosure laws with your local agent. This way, you can move forward confidently. Keep the sale focused on your home's strengths, not on neighbor issues.
