Juanita was there for us with our first home & then turned around almost 4 years later & sold that same first home. She has been our friend & confidant since day one. Juanita was absolutely incredible! She was very knowledgeable, and she was able to explain things in a way that I could understand as a first time home buyer. I was a difficult client, requesting to see houses all over town and frequently changing my mind on what I was looking for, but despite my indecisiveness, Juanita was patient and continued to help me search for my dream home. Juanita went above and beyond, and she even video taped homes for me when my schedule did not let me walk through them with her. Once we found the perfect home and were under contract, Juanita fought to make sure there were no surprises with the purchase. She was able to make the perfect contract that protected me, as the home buyer, but also was appealing to the sellers. I recommend Juanita 10/10.
