This is the third time my husband and I have used Mrs. Allen for our housing needs. We have bought a condo, sold our home and she even handled renting one of our properties. She is always timely, full of information and she really works for her client. I was really impressed at the time she took to make sure our home was ready to list. She helped us fine repair professionals and gave us tips on staging the house. In the listing she went as far as having the property shown by drone. I actually think that was one of the reasons it sold so quickly. I would highly recommend Mrs. Allen to anyone buying, selling or renting a home.

Juanita was great! We had hurdle after hurdle (of which no fault of hers) between both selling our home and buying our new home.
