Juan Sebastian Pinilla

Juan Pinilla was born in Bogota, Colombia and his family moved to North Bergen, NJ when he was just 5 years old. He has been raised in the waterfront area of New Jersey including the area of Fort Lee, Edgewater, Weehawken, Hoboken, and Jersey City. He has a thorough knowledge of public transportation, restaurant life, community events and more in these areas. Juan graduated Seton Hall university in South Orange, NJ with a double major in International relations/Diplomacy and Modern Languages. While attending Seton Hall University Juan was part of the Division 1 soccer team there. Juan's worked in the United Nations and in the Non for profit sector for Amnesty International after graduating. All this experience has given Juan a myriad of skills from communication skills, hard work-ethic, problem solving, adaptability and more! Juan is client focused, treating them with respect and value, so it is not just a transaction but a positive experience that leads to repeat customers. Juan volunteers full time at a local church In NJ and NYC called Hillsong, he specifically helps out the youth ministry which enriches kids in middle school and high school with leadership skills, while just being a good example for them . Serving others to him is a main priority which to him makes this more than a job. Juan invests in quality photography and knows that social media and the internet are the main area where buyers find houses.
