Juan was a total pleasure to work with. He took care of everything for us, including a leaking toilet, which made it very easy for us, especially since we live in a different city. He had our condo staged and listed in a few days, and followed that up with an open house the first weekend. We actually got over asking price. He kept us informed at every turn.
